Behold, my electronic high-school arch nemesis.
Bess was the mascot of this web filter software, and also its nickname. Any time I tried to look at something of any interest online while at school, this would pop up instead. Another source of annoyance was that massive quick launch bar, which takes up all that space despite being half empty.
