A birthday favorite, compliments of my mother, J.C.
Preheat oven to 350 F. Mix items in bowl until smooth.
Bake for 30 mins or until it passes toothpick test.
Put sugar in a small bowl. Juice and zest the lime.
Add butter. Stir with fork. Pour over cake while warm.
To make a raspberry flavor cake, substitute white cake mix and raspberry gelatin mix, and use vanilla extract instead of lime juice and zest.
