The Ultraverse was originally going to be a bit more interactive than it currently is. This all started out as ideas for 'quests', which are essentially forum threads where the originator, with a basic plot in mind, posts artwork of characters acting out some of the things suggested by the subsequent posters. These are the stories I had in mind for some of my own quests, before the scale and scope of the Ultraverse became what it is now.

The CDFU back then was named the False Unity SuperContinuity. Zero was the Fragmented Sanity, and took place entirely within Origin's mind. Eventually, a galaxy erupted from it, destroying Fragmented Sanity to give birth to New Content. It would have contained just two noteworthy planets, which were Alturth (Alturiana), and Terridux (Te Ri). There were five 'overarcs'; Origins, Transitional, Recurse (formerly Infinity), Future, and Singularity.

Origins

Taking place over a period of 5,308 years, the Origins era detailed the history of Alturth as it went from medieval fantasy to science fiction, and was then completely wrecked during an Omniscient invasion.

Arc 1: Unwitting Participants
A creature known as Crippled Vincent was trapped in a scientific research facility, being studied by their doctors. (He was called "Crippled" because both arms and one of his eyes were cut out. He made up for the disability by psychically projecting hands.) Along with one of their created life forms, the plucky and eager shapeshifter known as Xavier, he would attempt to escape the facility.
Arc 2: Fragmented Sanity
Screech would wake up to find himself trapped within Origin's psyche. I don't remember having a deeper plot line than that, but this storyline would give him prior experience; a second story named Flawed: Fragmented Sanity 2 was later planned. Screech would again wake up on the surface of Zero, only to find that he'd been converted into an Omniscient cyborg and was now under the command of Group 3712. They would task him with eliminating Zero's remaining military commanders, because they were all busy in New Content doing more important shit.
Arc 3: Project Utopia
Inspired by Tezakia Quest, this story would have seen a KLP operative dispatched to the Venrusan Apocalyptics compound to investigate a supernatural disturbance in the area. She would find herself fighting for survival alongside the compound's residents, who were slowly being driven mad by a paranoid abomination, which was converting them into strange creatures known as "Supremelings".

Transitional

The next 980 years would establish the rise of Te Ri's societies, and their tragic plunge into global genocidal war.

Arc 1: Crafting Fear
The players would assume the role of Decepticus's train of thought, as he claimed dominion over Terridux's Livid Sea and created the Dwellers.
Arc 2: Scattered Embers
Two wounded protagonists, the only survivors of a Gnoll raid on the city they were in, [REST OF PLOT MISSING].
Arc 3: (untitled)
After a mysterious order of knights attempted to kill Coordinator Vincent, Chronomancer would summon a demon companion, travel into the past, and destroy them before they ever got the chance to think of plotting against him.
Arc 4: Shivered Ablaze
A Terian warlock meets a friendly and curious Gork. The two of them go on a wacky adventure together.

Recurse

Chronomancer Vincent's manipulation of Te Ri's history and political climate would take place over the following 828 years, continuing until he was eventually successfully assassinated.

Arc 1: The Blasphemous Weed
Samuel, the avatar of Decepticus, was tasked with infiltrating the Doomed Isle and capturing the leader of the Gamma Monster Union. Assisting him on his journey would be a Kobold with an insignia carved into her chest which enabled her to hear helpful voices from another dimension.
Arc 2: Seeing Anew
Samantha, a squirrel Novinoid, was being held against her will in a medical facility named Novus Visorum. In her escape attempt, she would be joined by an amnesiac Samuel, assisted by a strange faction of insectoid creatures, and hunted by corrupt doctors and a mysterious robed fellow named Chance.
Arc 3: (untitled)
I wasn't sure what to put here, other than something that would involve Chancellor Vincent and a 'divine warrior' superpowered version of Samuel.
Arc 4: Worst Case
A Novus Visorum side-story that would pit Jackson - a nude rabbit Novinoid security guard - against the Watcher known as Flamboyance.

Future

Events occuring after the death and resurrection of Chronomancer Vincent.

Arc 1: Temporal Cacophany
Cyborg Vincent finds himself teleported to the future and filled with conflicting thoughts. He would travel through a destroyed version of Brightmarsh Keep (Chronomancer Vincent's floating castle) on a journey of self-discovery, and emerge as the calculating Coordinator Vincent.
Arc 2: Divinity
Following a sudden Omniscient energy beam barrage against Terridux, the wounded Samuel and Decepticus search for any surviving followers of theirs. They were also in need of a way to escape the planet, so as not to be hunted down by the marauding cyborgs.
Arc 3?: (untitled)
The pilot of a crash-landed spaceship is forced to work together with a member of an enemy species in order to survive on a strange alien world.

Singularity

The Singularity line only had one arc, which took place so far in the future that the year count would have been in the hundreds of quadrillions. A trio of covert operatives, hoping to destroy the planet-converting menace of the A.N.A., would sneak aboard the primary colony ship to sabotage it and destroy their hivemind.

FUIa1 ending/epilogue

It begins when Samuel finds Gamma's chamber. He offs Bri 4 because she presents an information leak risk.

Bri, you've been a wonderful navigator, and an excellent companion...
His blade slashes across the POV character throat. Her health instantly drains and her psyche takes a hit.
...Which is why it pains me to have to do that, but I can't risk anyone finding out about this mission.

A bit of gurgling as she collapses. Samuel sighs and opens the door.
Sleep well, Bri.
Then onto Lord Gamma. After he meets and captures her, perspective shifts to the Kobold's corpse as the world around it grows dark.

The last of her will is about to run out, but her blood flashes blue for a second. Her eyes dart open, and the bar refills slightly.
The orb.. The orb is near, I can feel it.

She slowly stands up.
To the depths with you, Samuel. I didn't come this far just to give up.
(The ocean was a metaphorical hell on Terridux due to it being the home of Decepticus and his Dwellers.)

Bri discovers a safe hidden in a nearby wall and carefully uses spatial magic to phase her arm and the orb through the barrier. She nearly fails halfway due to coughing up blood.
At last, I've found you. Aheh.. Heh heh..
She then shatters the orb in her mouth and drinks the contents. A brief moment later she acquires its powers. While her health remains at zero, her psyche shoots back to max and flashes.
I've finally found you.

She weakly walks towards the hallway and stumbles into Cyborg Vincent.
Sorry.
..How are you still alive?!
I'm not too sure myself.
I.. I was just on my way to the medical sector. Would you care to join me?
Why not.
